511 Rose

Saloon and restaurant on Rose Street serving lunch and dinner, with bourbon as its signature pour, live music on its indoor front porch Thursday to Sunday, and home decor and apparel for sale. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; no reservations.

511 Rose calls itself a saloon with dining, home decor and live music. Its site lists lunch and dinner, a two-finger pour of bourbon as the house drink, Coors Banquet, and three drinking clubs (First Pour, Pappy Pour and the Shot Ski Club). Live music is on what it calls its “indoor front porch”, played by Rob Solomon, its “Music Man”: the hours page says music starts at 5 pm Thursday to Sunday, and the home page gives Thursday to Saturday 5–8 pm and Sunday 4–6 pm. The shop side sells “car parts” furniture, mirrors, pictures, apparel and oil bottles. It does not take reservations.

Hours were read on the saloon’s Hours/Menu page and phone and address on its Contact Us page on 10 October 2026. The site carries nothing dated after 2023, so the guide looked for a second source: the Town of Georgetown’s visitor site lists 511 Rose at the same address and phone on its Where to Eat page, last updated 9 September 2026 (https://georgetown-colorado.org/where-to-eat/).
